Matt Kragiel

Matt Kragiel, MHS, MBA, CRC, CCM is a field medical case manager and vocational expert with a focus on worker’s compensation and longshore catastrophic case management.

He graduated with a Masters of Health Science from the University of Florida, and became a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor in 2003. Matt concentrated his studies in field case management, vocational evaluation, & mental health counseling. He then completed his Masters in Business Administration in 2011. Matt spends his free time volunteering with The Jaycees, Tyler’s Hope and Hands to Love. He is also an avid Gators fan and enjoys attending Ray’s games.

Matt began his career as a Worker’s Compensation Case Manager in 2003 soon after graduating from his masters program. He recently joined Chris Siderio to start Comprehensive Case Management, LLC and provide services to Tampa, St Petersburg, Lakeland, Orlando, Ft. Myers, Naples, Ocala, Gainesville and Vero Beach and everywhere between. He maintains his CRC and CCM certifications.


Christopher Siderio

Christopher Siderio, RN, CCM, is a field medical case manager who has dedicated his career to the administration of workplace accident and industrial exposure claims.

Academic Background
Chris’s academic journey began at Hillsborough Community College, where he graduated with honors, earning an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration. He continued his education at the University of Tampa, where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. His dedication and hard work were recognized when he was named the University of Tampa Marketing Student of the Year. During his college years, Chris demonstrated his commitment to his studies and work by managing a retail store full-time.

Professional Experience
After completing his education, Chris was recruited by Kemper Insurance to administer and adjust workers’ compensation claims. Over the next 14 years, he advanced within the industry, taking on roles as a supervisor and senior claims adjuster. His clientele included large national accounts, hospitals, municipalities, and retail chains. Chris’ expertise in managing workers’ compensation claims grew as he handled a variety of complex cases.

Advancing Skills and Education
While working full-time as a workers’ compensation claims adjuster, Chris pursued further education in nursing. He earned his Associate of Science in Nursing, thereby combining his knowledge of business and claims management with medical expertise. This dual skill set positioned him uniquely within the industry, enhancing his ability to manage and resolve claims effectively.

Founding Comprehensive Case Management, LLC
In October of 2013, Chris took a significant step in his career by co-founding Comprehensive Case Management, LLC. His company provides nurse case management services to a variety of Florida employers and workers’ compensation insurance carriers. This role allows Chris to leverage his extensive experience in claims management and his medical skills to achieve the best outcomes for injured workers, their employers, and insurance carriers.

Chris’s dedication to his profession is further exemplified by his maintenance of RN (Registered Nurse) and CCM (Certified Case Manager) certifications. His career is a testament to his commitment to professional growth, excellence in service, and the betterment of the workers’ compensation system.


Woodford Kragiel

Woodford “Woody” Reserve Kragiel is a dog with a focus on food, he has shown a high interest in treats and people food.  

He was adopted by Matt in 2013 and quickly learned he was living the good life. Woody concentrates his studies in sleeping, chasing cats, fishing and of course eating. He passed on obedience school because of his laid-back demeanor and has excelled as a house dog. Like Matt, he is also an avid Gators fan and wears his Gator collar proudly.

Woody’s life was not always so easy, in May of 2015 he became very sick with an autoimmune disease and nearly died. We rushed to a veterinarian who specialized in neurology where a feeding tube was inserted and administered a high dose of Prednisone. After entire year of being on Prednisone, he has made a full recovery and back to his old puppy self. He recently joined Matt and Chris to start Comprehensive Case Management, LLC and provide services to Tampa, St Petersburg, Lakeland, Orlando, Ft. Myers, Naples, Ocala, Gainesville and Vero Beach and everywhere between. He maintains all of his shots including the much-coveted Rabies vaccine.
